i didnt like the way all the loose bits in the top drawer of the centre cubby slid and rattled about when you opened the double latch to get into the lower portion , so i fettled some pipe insulation and stuck it to the underside of the lid with double sided tape...

probably something like that eugene, darker/black in colour and fitted better.. ... - .- -.

Anyone ever figured out what goes in the spaces, presume one side is for a mini maglite as it fits perfectly but what about other side, it looks designed for something ? |

Too many pen holders, is there not one in the top dash cubby/glovebox too... There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜

no pics yet but replaced the fairly hard pipe insulation stuff with some spongy foam ripped from a kitchen scouring pad ..the foam is white unfortunately but is softer and wont damage things like sunglasses etc.. ... - .- -.
