The car is playing up again, I suspect some is bad luck (puncture) and some is a combination of age, mileage and bad luck (water leak, misfire).
The car misfires at low revs and under light load - anything to check. It has just had the Supercharger out to get to the water leak but was OK immediately after. I will fill up with the more expensive fuel next time to eliminate that as a cause, I have done a search but the amount of info is overwhelming and I think some of it applies only to diesels.
Any thoughts - I have an IIDtool is it worth checking to see if any faults recorded - I should probably do that anyway.

I suppose the good news is that SWMBO will say why not get a newer car that is under warranty, she has been spoilt by my succession of company cars. so the final query is how new must a Range Rover be for this misfire (and the water leak before it) to be covered by warranty - I accept punctures aren't covered  Geoff
