Great to hear Corbyn condemning the attack but apparently unable todo the same for the multitude of IRA attacks, including the one on Manchester, which kille, maimed and mutilalted numerous children (and adults).

One of my best friends was just around the corner from where they shot those bastards. It's disgusting to hear and see these bastards all over the news giving them and their kind all the publicity they want. I wish all the publicity would go to the people that were helping the wounded, the police, medical personnel and all others that helped in any way they can. The publicity should go to the people trying to prevent this sort of crime.

I know it's hard but not giving the publicity to these sort of acts may help in preventing them. By not getting the publicity, one of the main drivers is taken away.

^x2 Whether its terrorists or serial killers, fame is what they want. We don't need their details and I can't help wondering if less publicity for the perpetrators would mean less attacks in the future.

And yes, coverage of the event and the efforts to help those affected is entirely appropriate.
