Difference of navigation on MKIII?

As Range Rover in 2007 was faceliftet, I assume that the GPS Navi also was upgraded, compared to the old one on year 2002-2007, but can anyone here tell me what the difference is / was?

the gps sat nav was upgraded to touch screen in 2005..this nav takes the dvd mapping and the current maps are 2009/2010...
