2003 L322 Centre Vent retainers any one repaired them?

I find that the 2 top and 2 bottom spring loaded plastic lugs that retain the Vent into the dash pad are broken. Has anyone come up with a repair? They seem expensive to replace just for a couple of broken lugs.
