Interior LED lighting again.

I've done a search and read a few posts regarding replacing the interior candle lights for LED's but they are a few years old. I'm keen to upgrade them in my 2010 and wondered if there were any go to kits available? What to look for in kits to avoid flickering etc. Any help appreciated.
