Torque converter judder

Hi
Mostly for rrphil here i think....
First - Car 2003, late, bmw v8 5hp24.
I have just rebuilt my engine and box, including uprating the torque converter and gearbox.
Torque converter was rebuilt by jpat. Gearbox by me- except for valve block which i left almost alone, i did open to check the two filter meshes including all that entails, ie those orifice things and replaced the seals on the solenoids but other than that nothing.
The box shifts very nicely, engine is very sweet but, why is there always a but, it has a none functioning torque lock.
It has typical fine judder, revs drop, judder stops revs rise.
I have done around 300 miles and its pretty consistent.
Assuming tc was rebuilt correctly, i have done something wrong or something has gone wrong.
Can anyone give me a clue?
Rrphil do you want to rebuild the valve block for me, if you beleive i have made a mistake, maybe put orifice in wrong place....
