Hi all,

I have a late 2004 touchscreen fullfat with the westfalia tow bar fitted but no electrics for it. Can anyone recommend what I need to get so that I can hook up a trailer to the lights? I am not sure if there are different modules or looms for the different facelifts of the L322. I will only be towing a trailer and not a caravan so I assume I only need one socket.

Am I right in thinking I need the VUH000020 (Britpart site says it is obselete) as well as the module YWC000840?

Any help or advice on parts or how to install would be great.

I belive you need to buy a tow ball connector kit, it lives in the right hand side of the boot, the 2004 range rover should be a BMW electrics touchscreen came in around 2005 with the face lift

have you maybe got an after market radio touchscreen installed ?

@Lukie unlikely to be an aftermarket touch screen as there are compatibility problems for none genuine and MOST. John

Thanks everyone. Mine is the crossover electrics with the touchscreen, but it looks like the kits in the link cover from 2002 to 2009 anyway.

Now I need to find whether to get the 7 or 13 pin version. Tom
