Reverse camera slow to disappear

Had our 2011 Vogue se a few months now and have started to notice that it takes about 15 - 20 secs for the reversing camera to turn itself off when you selct D again. It didn't use to do this it was immediate really. Just wondered if any one has had this problem thinking possibly gearbox sensors??

Thanks 2011 FFRR Vogue SE Stornoway Grey

Owners manual says rear camera turns off after 15 secs in Drive or when speed exceeds 11mph. 2021 D350 Fifty Edition - Carpathian Grey

It has always done it .
You where probobly/HOPEFULLY looking at the road ahead as you accelerated to 10mph , and not looking behind you in the camera screen !! Laughing

One Thing that annnoys me is i reverse into my space at work until the beep flatlines then put it in park .
And the thing carries on screaming at me !!!
