Quantity of ATF required for a 4.4l transmission service?

I've bought some mobil LT71141 Fluid, filter and gasket ready to do a service on my trans. Before I start draining, I'm now worried that I've not got enough!

I've got 5litres of fluid - is this enough??

Any tips before I start.
Thanks
