0w40 Is what i have always used. but is alot more expensive.

Google "Opie Oils" and put your Reg No in - they give a good selection. Put Magnatec in mine. |

I guess it depends on where you live, e.g., temperature range.

Its all up to you Personally i use the 0w-40 as said above... 0w Fast to vanos units when cold and as the engine runs hotter then most cars i like to have the 40 when hot.
