New to the forum. Moved from Sussex to Shropshire and looking for a good independent garage for looking after my 2009 TDV8 in the Worcester/Hereford/Shropshire area.

Came across Hereford 4x4. Anyone out there had any experience of them or recommend another in this area please?

Hi Grist, welcome to the forum. I made a similar move 3 years ago from dahn sarf to north Shropshire. I've only had my FFRR for just over a week so haven't personally tried anyone yet; but the two nearest to me that have come recommended are:
Ashley 4x4, Unit 1, Tixall Heath Farm, Brancote, Stafford ST18 0XX. (www.ashley4x4.com)
Landranger, 492 King St, Stoke-on-Trent, ST4 3DJ. (www.stokelandrover.co.uk)

I'll be trying Landranger first, as the car's been there a few times already according to the service record. 2006MY 4.2 SC

You also have MJA in Bromsgrove I've used a few times always a good service

And MM4X4 workshop in Martin hussingtree by droitwich / Worcester never used them other than for diagnostics at £25 a go onto no6 Range Rover

I stopped using MM4x4 because every time i went the quoted price for something had to be adjusted due to this that and the other. I don't think they are that cheap to start with either. (also they never got back to me when I asked for a ATF change price). - Got a bit too big for their boots I think.

Never used MJA but again I don't think they are that competitive from the enquirers I have made. Nice folks tho and have a good reputation.  405 AB exec seats Baltic and Cirrus
