I've got a set of the (Powerful) facelift mirror covers to cover the rather tired mirrors on my pre-facelift model.

Question I have is does fitting the covers make it difficult to pull the mirrors apart in the future eg to replace the puddle bulbs etc?

I know that come summer, I'll be ripping the mirrors apart completely to get the bases blasted and powder coated as they are corroded and bubbling which really lets the side down. 2004 Vogue TD6 - Remapped
