These definitely came off the full fat L405 not the RR Sport. They are the same design, but the RR Sports came with the 20" version of these wheels, where as the L405's that came with these wheels fitted came with the 22" version which is what these are.

I believe these are a replica of the L320 RRS 20" wheel. Check the back of the wheel for a LR logo stamp |

Sorry to burst your bubble, those never came on a L405 as factory spec or accessory.

Trust me when I say, they came on the L405 out of the dealership when it was new, must have been a customer special request maybe, but definitely came on an L405 from new. Same as I saw a Nissan Micra Convertable in 2006 which as part of a customer special request was resprayed in pink which wasn't a factory option. But the car was brand new and sat there in the showroom when I worked at the dealership waiting to be collected by its owner, as have many other cars which have left dealerships with special request items, like some brand new Range Rovers being sent off to companies that do body kits for them which dealerships agree to but aren't usually a factory option. Get my drift with this one, plus I personally know the guy who owned the car these came off, it was stunning with full body kit, but he wrecked 2 wheels in pot holes, sourced a 3rd which is why the 3rd one is a different colour, and was going to source a 4th, but then he got bored with the car, paid for a set of replacement wheels which were different, sold the car and got a motorbike instead. I bought them off him for mine, but changed my mind. I don't want black and silver wheels, or to risk damaging them on the roads in my area as the roads are littered with potholes, there is 6 just getting out of my road. Being genuine Land Rover, and the rare 22" version, I thought offering them up on here would get them snapped up. I guess not. If they don't sell, I will end up sourcing a 4th wheel, and painting them all silver and may consider having them as summer wheels. But right now, I have too many wheels in my garden! I have 2 full sets for Range Dog, plus these 3. And with moving soon on the cards and a business venture starting soon, I really just want them gone. |

I am heavily reducing the price on these, After wiping down the brake dust underneath, I found a couple of hairline cracks in 1 wheel, and all 3 have been welded professionally. They were all grey and silver and 2 have been painted black. They aren't buckled or bent though.
