Headlamp washer nozzles ???

Hi, My headlamp washer nozzles are on the underneath of the arms is this correct ? I suspect the arms are on the wrong sides, Can anyone confirm they should be on the top.

I think the N/S and O/S wipers have been interchanged whcih puts the nozzles on the bottom (if they are indeed supposed to be on the top)
