EPB - what diagnostic tool to buy?

Hi, I want to put my EPB in to mount mode - whats the best diagnostics tool to buy to do this so I can change my rear discs without any parking brake issues occurring?

would this do the job, or is there something better without going too OTT price wise:

ok great - i wasn't fully up to speed with its capabilities - i'll give Dan a call and get some rear discs at the same time!
