Hi to all , i am in need of a pair of door mirror assemblies for my 2004TD6 .

The ones in it have reached the end , the power fold function does not work and the joints have some movement , i have attempted a "fix" using a motor bought off EBay for a Mk1 X5 thinking they might be the same ( worth a punt at £30 ) but they are just different enough for it not to work , i have also tightened the 3 screws from the access cover under the mirror but there is still some play , enough to make it move on the motorway .

There seem to be some with power fold and some without , i have come across online , with a MASSIVE price difference !!

If anyone can recommend a breakers to save me scanning through the list on Google i would be grateful , the mirrors are in good overall nick so i could combine parts from 2 to create 1 good pair , i am based in the North West .

I've got both the n/s and o/s mirrors available from 2003 Vogue, so I assume they are power folding.

I'm only just south of the M56 so not so far from you either.
