searching / help

When using the search facility i check the 'search all terms' and yet i only ever get one of the words i'm looking for.
Its getting a little frustrating, any help appreciated Ian

the tip is to use a few versions of your problem ie, search for 'wheels' you might want to also search 'alloys'..[does that make sense? Very Happy ] ... - .- -.

Thanks scarey i was looking for "heated front screen" and i returned far too many posts. When checking each of the posts it had only found one of the words instead of all three. Ian

that is frustrating..try clicking 'posts' rather than the default 'threads', this should narrow the search down a bit.... ... - .- -.

Hi,

Assuming this sites search engine works like most, prefix each word with a plus sign.

i.e. +heated +front +windscreen will ensure all three words appear in the results.

adding quotes will enforce the word order - "heated front screen"
