A Trap 2010 Range Rover HSE TDV8 Atacama Sand
Does crankcase filter cause turbo oil leak?

Hi
There is sign of oil under turbo,but no oil decrease very tiny.
Can this be caused by crankcase filter,***??
Is changing the insert enough? 2010 3.6tdv8 180k km.

Merhubbah, When did you last replace the crank case breather filter, they should be replaced every service, most people forget them this could cause oil leaks. Replace with the new Vortex style so you don't ever have to preplace the filter again.

Vov so vortex is the end of problem!
They replace it 2-3 services a time as far as i know.
So is only the insert vortex or is it complete set? 2010 3.6tdv8 180k km.

2 -3 services is too a long time I think. You can just remove the filter and its holder inside and just put the vortex part inside where the old filter was.
