Halfrauds sell the spanner that fits the viscous fan nut the trick is to stop the pulls rotating so you can unscrew the fan( it's left hand thread so don't forget otherwise your just tightening it more)

hi did mine recently with 80c thermostat did not take fan off and it was fairly easy only one bolt a bit difficult but not really a prob best of luck |
