I looked into this and decided it was not worth the cost/effort for me.

In addition to the additional bottle you need the matching main reservoir which has the connector for the pipe from the additional reservoir. Cost of new parts would be about £280, the parts can be found secondhand for less than £100 but the challenge is finding the correct main reservoir. (there is one on eBay for £64 at the moment), strangely the secondary ones seem quite common.

To access the main reservoir the wheel arch liner needs to be removed and the front grille needs removed to access the fittings for the front reservoir.

Thanks for that, I guessed it was a tee, so it goes to the main tank.
Can you send a link of the main tank?

That's the problem with living in the grimy UK, you need a big washer bottle. Very Happy I fill mine maybe once every 6 months.

Hmm, maybe with a bigger one, I'd only need to top it up it once a year. Laughing

The pictures for items eBay Item No. 294682769931 and eBay Item No. 154565900230 clearly show the pipe into the top of the reservoir that is fed from the front reservoir.

This is the position of the extra bottle:

Normally it's nothing there, but I love the fact that the washer fluid sticker is still present!

My 2017 has 2 fillers as I found out a couple of days ago when the fluid low warning came up. I don't know if I have the larger capacity. 2017 5.0 Autobiography Supercharged
