I was driving the other day and found the driver's side cabin temperature control knob insert was loose. (Not the actual rotary knob, just the black insert with the thermometer graphic.) at a traffic light, I just pushed it back in and it clicked in place. It's nice and tight now. HOWEVER, I wasn't looking closely enough, and it's not straight. So, how do you get those knob inserts back out? Thanks in advance. (2008 model, undated interior if that makes a difference.)
