Just a thought - as the ff does seem to suffer sometimes from wiring connectivity issues, why were the connectors not gold plated? HDMI cables are widely available and cheap enough with gold plated connectors so it wouldn't have added too much to the cost of an already hefty priced car. IMO That's the problem with letting the accountants ask questions, V short sighted.
In its self no it wouldn't increase sales, but in the long run it probably would.
