As seems to be the way these days we are all obsessed it seems with how fuel efficient our cars are, and I don't just mean fatties, everyone is doing it.

Agree regarding the on board computer but as both my before and after readings are using the same inaccurate method I still consider the increase in mpg as a real one. I also agree about not obsessing about mpg. I have had 5 Range Rovers starting with a P38 so mpg is clearly not too high on my mind. However when you know others with the same car are achieving mpg much nearer to that stated by jLR and you are experiencing much less it's worth trying to understand why? Now I seem to have fixed things I also think it's worth sharing as I know others on here have experienced similar disappointing mpg. 2013 L405 AB 4.4SDV8 Luxor/Ivory, 2007 Vogue TDV8 Epson Green/Sand, 2008 Vogue TDV8 Buckingham Blue/Sand, 2003 Vogue 4.4 LPG Epsom Green/Sage, 1998 Vogue SE 4.6 LPG Epsom Green/Cream |

In fairness I think they do really well for a big old bus but my point was just about the inaccuracy of the system 2016 SDV8 Autobiography
