Drain off from the radiator and the cylinder block.
Do a flush through if you want using plain water into the expansion tank with drain valves open, or however you wish.
Refill with same type of coolant through expansion tank.
Bleed the system as prescribed / required using the bleed valves on the expansion tank and coolant pipes.
