England 2004 Range Rover Vogue 4.4 V8 Java Black
Tailgate seal

So job on the list due to rather moist sat nav, amp and tv tuner, new seal bought from the dealers and fitted, old one was showing its age on both top corners.
Took out the spare wheel and found I had a nice water feature in there that I wasn't aware of Shocked
Hope this is the end for a while of the damp rear end Razz
Took my time fitting the seal but it's not the greatest fit on the top corners or have I missed something, it seams to flare out a bit on the outside.
Give it a few weeks to make sure that the water ingress has been sorted them will sort the parasitic drain out that is in the sat nav amp area.
Heard that the sun roof drains cause issues also do they also drain out in this area ?

I put one in the other year, and I found that it wasn't the most positive of fits around the top curves, I think that I squashed the seal a bit to tighten up its' grip on the curves... the main thing is the boot is dry now Thumbs Up Yesterday I couldn't spell Engineer... Today I are one!
