Right maybe a bit over reacting on my part ..........

Dropped car off at stealers on Tuesday night , so that they would know what i was on about .......

Phone call Wednesday 2.30pm "Thats your car ready sir the cost is £111.63p will explain what we have done when you call in into stealership"

So when i got there they told me that they had taken the car into the workshop , let it thaw out and prised the lock mechanism with a screwdriver and sprayed water repellant grease into the lock mechanism ....... Now because i had my 12 year old daughter with me i had to express to them holding back the use expletives , That as spraying the lock is concerned that is something that i have been doing myself , not to be told that this would help and being shafted £47.50p for the privilege of some grease monkey to do it ......

I also asked them as well to re align the windscreen wipers , so when i went out to the car and looked at the windscreen it was a case of straight back in to inform them of what they were to do ........

"Yes sir we aligned the wiper from hitting the A pillar"

"The wiper has never hit the A pillar" i told them " You have re-aligned the wrong one which part of can you realign the passenger side wiper arm bit did you not get which was another £47.50p

So last night after getting home went to go somewhere in the car frigging lock had stuck again .... I was too late to phone dealership ......

Got up this morning straight onto the phone to complain told them that "The Grease monkey that done the repair on the car was no good and thanks very much for shafting me for £111.63p"

To which they replied "sir that grease monkey was our workshop manager that worked on your car"

And i said "well if that's the best soloution your workshop manager can come up with he is getting paid money under false pretence's and god help what your actual other grease monkeys know"

Below is the actual bill , not the best of pic's pishy I-phone .........
