2009 Range Rover Vogue SE TDV8 Zermatt Silver

Inner wheel arch trim

My car has been in for a service and I have had the following advisory..nearside inner wheel arch trim to undertray missing..I've looked under the car and can't see anything does anyone have an idea what this is before I go back to the garage to enquire?
My car is a 2009 3.6 V8 diesel.

If it's there then you will see in from within the arch if you turn the wheel out of the way Regards
