If you have LED number plate lights then they may be trying to catch fire like mine tried to and also confuse the crap out of your LCM if not toast it |

LED's have to be canbus error free and /or with a resistor ( not sure if it's both or one or other , never fitted to mine) and the cold monitoring can be turned off with an iiD Tool . if you are getting deliberate set flashes each time you start up it is just cold monitoring . When I had LED main beams I just let it because it never bothered me . 2008 MY Supercharged

The LCM causes the lights to flash but in my case i was getting all sorts of dashboard lighting errors but none relating to the rear number plate light but i decided to check mine and they had started to burn.

Thanks for the input, I am not getting any errors at all on IID but will pop the number plate lights out and inspect/swap and report back
