As normal I've tried searching but couldn't find anything.

I've cracked a fog light and my front bumper needs a repaint anyway after the stone chips and other things I'm not happy about so I thought could I upgrade to a 2010 bumper and Grill with out Swapping to the 2010 head lights ?

Seem rude not to if I'm taking everything off anyway.

Did think about a winch for recovering the races cars but thought that was a bit OTT / over budget for now.

If not does anyone have a spare 2007 bumper and fog light trim.  The MOT Track days Test Dummy

to fit a 2010 onwards bumper you would nave to do all the other bits like headlights etc.. read the conversion threads in the wiki to get an idea of whats involved..
