Mine had the same prob but water comes into the spare wheel depression where the EAS compressor is. I have laid tissue paper in the boot the whole width right along the bottom (nearest the bumper) and traced several streams of water coming in through the crimped area in front of the bumper. I have used underseal to plug those and the far left hole too which seems to have halted the water ingress. Will put a picture in asap. |

hi, if you remove your spare wheel and check if you have water around the compressor, then tell us if its clear water or brown water... V8 facelift Range Rover Autobiography 22" wheels.

thanks for the info guys, i will remove the spare wheel this evening and look for water- there appears to have been previous water ingress to the ice compartment as the sat nav drive has signs of water staining on the top! coupled with the fact that i have a drain in the battery when left unless i pull fuse 49- this is drawing 0.8 amps, when sat locked! |

Fuse 49 .My car has been draining its new battery sitting in the garage. When i removed this fuse it has stopped. I have now disconected the nav box and this seems to be the problem, The power light stays on and perhaps the fan inside it aswell. Iam getting the box sent away to be checked. |
