You really couldn't make this up

Land Rovers

So my L405 is STILL in the effing dealers and I'm in another of their loaners, a brand new 3.0d Vogue. I had their other one but some dumb bint ran into the back of it at some traffic lights. F*cking texting as well, silly bitch.

Anyway, like I said, brand new and this hsppens.

LR Assist on their way out. The thing's undriveable without power steering, it's like wrestling an overweight Hippo round corners.

Solihull (specifically Lode Lane) would benefit massively from a nuclear hit.

Good fuel consumption though. I guess it's not having the power steering pump sapping all the power.

The good fuel figures are entirely down to driving like Grandad. Every corner was walking pace.

It lives. A software update apparently, for the power steering

God alone knows why a steering rack needs software to make it work.

Well that must be the shortest lived fix in history. Went to get some Fish & Chips and in less than a mile it broke again. Same fault.

Can't decide if Land Rovers hate me more than I hate them right now. It really does feel like a conspiracy.
