Yorkshire boy through and through coolant caught and reused, also lets me know I have put back in what I took out so should show an air lock.

Haylands totally agree a recon should be more reliable than a new item as it has been individually checked rather than just gone down the production line as you say 5 o'clock Friday special.

PCV
Belt idler that is starting to go found during this issue
Cyclonic oil filter
Rocker cover gaskets
Diff oil changes
Maybe on cost valve chain guides as a precaution
