I would be returning the car as unfit for purpose due to the number of issues you've had and requesting my money back rather then a replacement. Thumbs Up

Given the time they've had the car I think you are in a perfect position to reject it. Saves you the hassle of selling it and loosing ££££££'s.

sadly its over 6 months old no rights to reject so I'm told I really don't care what I lose it will be cheaper than a divorce been looking at other cars today and will sell the poxie thing when it gets back from dealers theres more to life than money that's easy to earn and spend !

builder1966 (sorry for my bad english) but don't you got the same EU consumer laws that say that you could return the car after 3 failed attempts to repair it when it is still under guarantee - minus a certain amount of money for the kms/miles that you have driven with it - i did this twice (once with an Aston and a Jag). Confused All my spelling errorz are belong to me!
