Have you tried Dan @ Duckworths? They aren't as expensive as you might think and a new foam is about an hour's work. You will need hog ring pliers to do the job.

Thanks for the info. I have been told that I can use tie-wraps in place of the hog rings, is that OK? I did contact Duckworths but they wanted £117 if memory serves correct
