Rear washer not working

Rear washer stopped working a couple of weeks ago, so obvious reason ......frozen

All the snow disapeared, but still no water, so I tried a pin in the jets.....nothing

Bought a new rear wiper arm from the stealers yesterday, fitted it today.........still no water

Removed the pipe and none return valve and Im not getting any water through from the front but I can hear that the pump is working

Im now totally stumped Big Cry

Anyone got any ideas please?

Mine is playing up too. When I push the stalk, I can hear the motor, but its intermittent. I suspect the stalk might be at fault. 2010 MY Vogue SE TDV8 3.6 Stornoway Grey- fully loaded

Its fairly easy

Remove the upper trim from the inside of the rear hatch, you then need to unscrew 3 bolts (10mm) holding the rear spoiler.
Close the upper door and stand on the lower, take hold of the spoiler ahd slde it back towards you.
It is still attached by the brake light wire but you have enough play to rest the spoiler on the roof.

Now you can get at the wiper arm Smile

.... and refit is far simpler .. for the spoiler at least if you leave the wiper in the centre of the screen. I.e. let it get mid wipe, then switch off the ignition. At least I found it half the faffing that way. 2010 Disco XS TDV6, 2009 Freelander 2 GS
