I have a MY2011 and whilst all the telephone system is working ,my contacts are not being transferred save for a few from my favourites.

I have an iphone

Any ideas ??

I had a similar problem with a 2012 RRS and worked out the auto download was turned off in the menu..

Can't be bothered with contacts, they get arranged differently on mine and I have nearly 1500 contacts to download and sift through to find a number.

Simple answer is I only call people whose number I can input manually on the screen from memory, which are friends and family, everyone else can wait until I get where I'm going..... In coming calls don't need the contacts to be synced.  There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜

Auto download you say- hmmmm - i will investigate 2011 Range Rover Vogue SE

my L322 wont take the last 1/3rd of the alphabet from my phone contacts, unless i start del A, B contacts, capacity issue in my case, could be similar? Cheers

I have photos in the contacts Im wondering if that is the issue 2011 Range Rover Vogue SE

Just a quick update, on some of my contacts i had pictures, my son, daughter etc.

Once deleted the contacts immediately synchronised with the car

Seems the pictures on the contact list caused the issue. 2011 Range Rover Vogue SE
