Rear seat bracket cover

Hi there!

I need rear seat bracket covers (in fact, 4 of them) to hide horrible holes (where bolts are to remove rear seats) and at the same time cover the hinge.

It's for my 2011 TDV8 Vogue, and as you see, color should be brown ?

I someone could give me the correct ref and where to buy them, that would be really cool!
