Erratic fuel gauge

The fuel gauge on my 06 sc is being a real pain in the butt!!

Knowing that the tank is either full or just under (because I filled it up) the gauge swings wildly between full and empty, this can happen 20 times in a 2 mile trip.

Any suggestions...or solutions please?

There are two sender units in the fuel tank, fuel gauge shows the average from each, one is broken, a common problem, search should reveal a few threads and solutions (there is a DIY replacement thread on here somewhere!) good luck Thumbs Up 2007 Zermatt Silver TDV8 Vogue SE - now sold but was a great car!

I go by range on the display, 1 sender gave up the ghost a few years back Thumbs Up
