Whilst looking up the part number for the expansion tank the other day I came across an "Expansion Tank Cover"

Allrite Dave, Where do you see that? I think the engine gubbins stays in the same place doesnt it regardless of LR or RH drive? Willing to be proven wrong...? |

Mine's a LHD as well (although diesel), but I have no cover on my expansion tank either. What's it supposed to be good for?

hi dan, just took it as it was on the left of the pic and presumed we were talking lhd, my mistake but all the same at £20.00 i will order it, you know i cant refuse an extra... V8 facelift Range Rover Autobiography 22" wheels.

I suffer from that too! I cant find reference to it in the manual or an equiv on any of the BMW boards. I wonder if its a cold weather add-on or something like that? Maybe market specific? |
