Sourcing a rear bumper moulding

Where can I buy a rear number moulding (NS) in silver, without paying a fortune (example in link below)? Can any of the suppliers on here assist me?

Also, how do you fit a rear bumper moulding and is it a job for an amateur?

Managed to scratch mine this week. The alternative would be to get it resprayed but it's likely that would be more expensive and inconvenient. MY23 D350 HSE

After a lot of searching I managed to buy one from a U.K. Supplier at £73 inc Vat and shipping (£8 FedEx). Link below for anyone looking for LR parts in the future:
