gearbox td6 l322

Hi folks, I have a problem with the gearbox, in the release of the gas it no longer shifts the gears, at speeds 60/70 km and 1400 rpm it has a small tear.
oil and filter change carried out from 10000 km.
the operation, except these problems, is good.
idtool does not detect any stored faults, except the glow plug relay
some idea?

if you have the following problems, stop the car immediately before damaging the gearbox: 1 at a constant speed of 70 km the rev counter oscillates between 1800 1900 rpm
2 the gearbox by removing the gas and letting it downshift by itself, does not scale and immediately returns to idle (1400 rpm)
3 if you notice these problems, open the driver's side window, and start at idle, if you hear a sliding noise (like finished brake pads)
the converter is coming to iron
if you take care of this, with a remanufactured reverser, and a washing of the gearbox it solves everything

Hi guys, I'm new to the site, got an issue with gearbox volts, the battery is at full charge putting out 14.6 at tick over and iam getting the proper volts all over the car apart from the gearbox Wich is at 11.8 the car drives fine up to 3rd gear then when it goes for 4th the fail-safes come on,the box was reconditioned 25.000 miles ago with a new tc but the car has been sat for about a year, I've done a gearbox filter change as well there was a small amount of glitter in the sump but nothing startiling,I'm a heavy plant mechanic and you do get a small amount of glitter in the bigger boxes,I've got engine brakeing coming down the box in manual as well,I just would like to know about the box volts and if there's any common issues with them.thanks.

the glitter in the gearbox is a sign of wear on the converter

Search RRPhil posts about this box.
Did they do anything with valve body when the box was reconditioned?

Yes,they fitted a new valve body it's black instead of silver I don't know if that makes any difference,I know that glitter is a sign of wear but Iam definitely thinking is a voltage problem,I spoke to a few people that have had problems with the control ecu and wiring loom plugs to the gearbox,I don't have an issue pulling the box and reconditioning it my self but you can understand wanting to eliminate the voltage issues first.thanks Very Happy
