Hi all,
I've been a member for a while.
Whilst I can log in fine from my PC, I cannot log in from my iPhone or iPad.
Both these say my username or password are incorrect.
Any ideas?

Seems like you have changed your password on your PC but not updated it elsewhere.

When you get the log in screen on the iPad etc, if you are using autofill, overwrite with the new password. John

I'm pretty sure I haven't changed password.
Anyway, there is no autofill on my iPad via Safari as I haven't logged into the site from there before.
Still puzzled.

Login on the pc, reset your password to a new password, check your login details then try again on the iPad with your new password. Beware caps etc. There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜
