15 grand for a 4.4 v8

Any advice. I have a 78000 very tidy well looked after 57,plate 3.6 v8. I love it. I have however seen a 61 plate 35000 miles 4.4 diesel. 15 grand and mine will take it. So unsure what to do.

I'd like to officially complain about this post. I got far too excited when I saw it. Perhaps an amendment to the thread title could be made as I'm sure I'm not the only one who almost fell off their chair with enthusiasm. One day I'll have a 4.4 (diesel) but funds don't yet allow

I'm having a similar dilemma at the moment. Once I've sold my 4.2 SC I was determined I was going for a 5.0 SC, however, just to throw a spanner in the works our neighbour over the hill phoned the other day to say he'd ordered a new L405 and was I interested in his 2011 4.4 TDV8 AB for the same price as he was offered as a trade in.

Luckily I've got first refusal on it and he's not getting his new L405 till March so I've got plenty of time to think about it, but I'm already confused! Rolling Eyes
