@ miggit: well my local dealer did not charged me anything to install, for an example, the non OEM parts for my FF - also a decent loaner aka F-type or XF are free of charge.

I bought my car there at a decent price with a warranty - still one year after i get the same price for my car.

I am am totally happy with MY dealer.

PS: Also the mechanic education here is a 3 year process and the master degree (we call it Meister) is another 3 years.

So they are helpful cause they got the knowledge.  All my spelling errorz are belong to me!

It takes a similar time to train to be a LR technician over here... But they must get taught good business practise too, because over here they don't do a thing that they can't charge for.... with the possible exception of applying a free dealership sticker
