Just typical.......!!!!!

Parking sensors have been playing up recently, beeping incessantly when switched on, not switching off straight away and generally behaving like a stroppy teenager.. Shocked Shocked

Wouldn't you know it, jump in this morning to take it to the dealer to check out and they are working perfectly again.. Thumbs Up Thumbs Up

Mine used to do that... it was dependant on how much moisture was in the air.. not enough didn't work.. too much didn't work either.. but after it had rained heavily they would work for a few days.. then normal service would be resumed Shocked Censored Censored Rolling with laughter Rolling with laughter Yesterday I couldn't spell Engineer... Mine used to play up in hot weather.
After replacing the BCM (for rear door locking & heavy steering problems, also in hot weather), the problem went away ... Thumbs Up It's "bébéchoon", ackcherly, with accents. 'Steve' to my chums.

Whistle Never ever rely on the PDC to do any thing except malfunction ... at the worst possible moment Shocked

Road dirt can send them in to a fit.. so a camera is better, but as you say you also need the LED upgrade too or a volunteer with a box of matches Laughing Yesterday I couldn't spell Engineer... Today I are one!

United Kingdom 2016 Range Rover Autobiography SDV8 Corris Grey

Went for a little trip down South last week, and whilst waiting on my driveway at home turned the sensors off, Can't think exactly why. Anyhow, got down South to the smallest, tightest multi storey in the world. Guess the rest. Lovely little vertical scuff on the the rear bumper. Big Cry

conversely, to balance the argument I have had autoglass replace several screens and had no problem, certainly less than with other national fitting companies which have been foisted on me by insurers.

TBH, i would get it to a bodyshop and let them do it. It will be a better, proper, job and not as expensive as you may think.

The guys who did mine took off the bumper, removed the PDC, repainted the damage, then re lacquered the whole bumper and refitted. Whole job was £270. And you can not tell, at all, even if you try that they have been anywhere near it. Thumbs Up There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜
