United Kingdom 2012 Range Rover Vogue TDV8 Zambezi Silver

I love Volvo's and have owned one for the last 13 years (and still do) - can't beat the old 5 pot engine! I did look at the XC90 before buying the Range Rover to tow my 2t caravan. Try asking the dealer about 'off road capabilities' the one I spoke to said they are not sold as an off road capable vehicle but merely an "all wheel drive car". That coupled with the poor engine choice led me to buy the RR!

And now having had the Land Rover experience.. would you give it up for the Volvo? Yesterday I couldn't spell Engineer... Today I are one!

I think that the difference from one car to the next is reducing rapidly while cars are getting better and better. I found it hard to defend the price difference between a new LR4 and a Range Rover after driving said new LR4 in South Africa. Luckily second hand prices are much closer together so it is more justifiable and an RR is much nicer looking.

I found the same thing when shopping for my FFRR. A Range Rover Sport with similar age, features and miles was the same price. So why get the RRS? That was back in RRS1 days and I like the RRS2 a lot more than the RRS1. Same with the D4. If they all cost about the same, which would you choose?
