According to the wiring diagram in Rave they do stay live.

It is indeed connected to the fuse together with the two front sockets but in fact they are fed through a relay base fitted with a bridging piece in the base to make them permanently live. If you wish to have the 3 sockets ignition controlled it is a simple matter of pulling the bridging piece out of the relay base and fitting a 12V 30A 4 pin normally open relay in it's place. The bridging piece is the yellow "relay" mounted above the rear fuse board in the rear offside compartment.

Thought so! It's getting freezing up here now so will leave the fix until later as the rear blower will be needed by the wee one..she can simply unplug the adaptor...i will leave it in tonight a bit longer to see if the led does eventually go out...thanks for input gents |
