Not sure, but just a bit of info. I used to work in Calgary and my wife posted a Musto Jacket that I had owned for a couple of years. I received a card from the local Post to collect the item and they tried to get me to pay the tax on it because they said it was a new item and had not been declared, even though the customs form said 'own jacket'!
