Not used 2SO myself but isn't there a point that it should be mineral 2SO and not synthetic? Seem to have read that somewhere. John

Mineral is only recommended because it's cheaper. The major stipulation is use JASO FC standard if you have a DPF and JASO FB or FC if you don't. JASO FB being cheaper than FC. Don't use JASO FD it's designed for very high reving marine engines and contains additives that may harm the DPF. |

I have, started using JASO FC grade 2t oil ( 0.5 L for full tank) september last year, did 50K km since. I felt the difference almost immediately (20 km) ,better response and pickup, after 200-300 km you can hear how quieter the engine got. So I have only positive experience with 2T. When I started putin 2T in the tank the car hed 78K km. To Me it felt like I did wery nice tune up on the engine. Pardon My english |
